• Size - 1,500-2,200 SF
• Co-tenancy - Dominant grocer in market, office supply, full price retailers, and other quick, casual, and high end QSR users a plus
• Orange County preferred

Trade Area Criteria 

• 10,000+ daytime employees in trade area
• Overall population in trade area exceeds 45,000 
• Traffic Count - 25,000+ vehicles per day on main artery 

Space Requirements

• Power - 400 AMP 120/208 three phase electrical service to panel box in store
• Natural gas service including meter to the premises
