Georgia's Restaurant prides itself on creating soul food dishes with love. This top performing established restaurant is seeking a second location in the Orange County area.

### Location Criteria

- Size - 1,500-2,200 SF
- Co-tenancy - Dominant grocer in market, office supply, full price retailers, and other quick, casual, and high end QSR users a plus
- Orange County preferred

- Traffic Count - 25,000+ vehicles per day on main artery 

### Space Requirements

- Power - 400 AMP 120/208 three phase electrical service to panel box in store
- Natural gas service including meter to the premises
