- Co-tenancy - Dominant grocer in market, office supply, full price retailers, and other quick, casual, and high end QSR users a plus
- Orange County preferred
Trade Area Criteria 
- 10,000+ daytime employees in trade area
- Overall population in trade area exceeds 45,000
- Traffic Count - 25,000+ vehicles per day on main artery
Space Requirements
- Power - 400 AMP 120/208 three phase electrical service to panel box in store
- Natural gas service including meter to the premises
